Attention: The Smart Key has jammed my Smart Lock
I used the smart key to change keys. It removed the Smart Quickset lock but didn't work with the new key and the old key didn't work either. I had to remove the whole castle. I researched the issue and read that the old Quickset smart locks were faulty (for various reasons). which made me wonder if there is another defect. Very disappointed!
