This printer did not live up to expectations. Reel received broken, see picture. There is NO Ethernet or WiFi setup, so forget about using a PC to communicate with the printer. use the PHONE?!?! Just for CONTROL? Useless. After NINE failed print runs, you finally get ONE that looks like it will work, only to discover something is wrong with the bed. The print only came off in ONE area, leading most to believe it wasn't heated enough. Uses several "additives" that always work, but not with this machine. Changing the height of the automatic bed at least 6 times did nothing. AUTOMATIC makes you believe that the machine is intelligent enough to calculate the "Z" offset. No, not this car. It should not be necessary to MANUALLY configure this setting. The presence of the "FACTORYβ setting AFTER the automatic level will result in a broken glass plate. Completely unacceptable. After the 2nd "successful" (after 15 attempts) bad print, the Creality site researched to find an update for the motherboard AND the crappy display. Clearly the fix for my situation was positioning. Following the instructions, the system board turned into a BRICK. Nothing could bring him back. The controller is a BRICK, with no do-it-yourself recovery methods. A few tries later, do you have to HOLD THE "ON" BUTTON to UPDATE the motherboard? What the hell?!?! Button holder installed - after 45 minutes - NOTHING. Yes, it is BRICK. Serious lack of Creality translation skills into English to convey instructions BEWARE. Don't take it at face value - when in doubt SEARCH FIRST, preferably on a site with users with the SAME MACHINE MODEL. DO NOT expect one CR-10 to be the same - each model seems to have its own problems. Creality has many different files for each model that support my theory. YES, I WILL SEND IT BACK. There's nothing worse than spending a whole weekend with bad gear.
