Worst FDM printer I've ever owned

I pre-ordered my CR-10 Smart direct from Creality and I regret every second of every day. I've bought into the hype for a 'smart' printer that levels automatically, saving you the trouble of constantly keeping a flat surface. I've had it for two months now and have only had two successful prints and a garbage bag of failures and disappointments. 1) The original GCODE that comes with the Creality Slicer is wrong. Not so SMART. Pretty dumb really

This printer did not live up to expectations. Reel received broken, see picture. There is NO Ethernet or WiFi setup, so forget about using a PC to communicate with the printer. use the PHONE?!?! Just for CONTROL? Useless. After NINE failed print runs, you finally get ONE that looks like it will work, only to discover something is wrong with the bed. The print only came off in ONE area, leading most to believe it wasn't heated enough. Uses several "additives" that always work, but not with this…

Good print reliability

My overall rating is mainly due to this purchase. Not the printer itself. As can be seen in the photo, 2 parts are missing. Detail attaching the support bars to the portal. Both left and right side. And I have no idea why. According to the videos I've watched and the photos I've seen, the parts I'm talking about should already be assembled on the platform when you unbox it.
