The best part is that it helps keep track, monitor your clients' campaigns as well! We used this software mainly just once but after we started using it there was no looking back at all :) I think they need some more features like new templates etc., maybe even an option where one has multiple users (and can set up permissions) who get access so their data won't be lost if someone else uses or changes things around without informing others first? Just make sure everyone understands how everything works together because sometimes people will do something different than what's intended / planned out when adding/changing information within certain places which then means other areas have problems too; otherwise its good though - very easy program with little time needed by anyone since most functions are already created beforehand making us only add our own info into each client campaign from start till end instead :D.
