I received my vacuum much quicker than the initial estimate predicted. Although the vacuum box was packed quite tightly in the shipping carton, it was in good condition. Pros: The initial charge took about 1.5 hours to reach a full charge. The detachability is quite good. All shipping materials are recyclable. A decent trash can. Trash can filter and spare HEPA filter Two spare brushes included Microfiber mopping pads Remote well labeled Good vacuum suction Cons: Remote does not come with the two AA batteries required There is little mention of the mopping function in the instruction manual other than how the mopping pad engages and how the mopping function works is activated. Some recommended best practices would be good. Although I haven't tried the timer function, it is possible. I haven't tried the wipe function yet. After the vacuum was fully charged, we let it run for several hours. It initially spent a little time on one side of our dining table but eventually found its way down the hall into the bedroom where it got stuck on the carpeted floor. The carpet showed signs of being maneuvered through the bedroom but eventually got partially caught under the laundry basket and would not come loose. Because of this, I can't knock out the unit like I suspected because the carpeting is a bit thick. We have tile floors throughout except the bedrooms which have area rugs and rugs in the lobby. Carpet marks aren't thick, and the device held onto them with almost no problems. It does have an issue with thicker carpets, but if you're expecting it's not a problem. When it cleaned our tile floors (it did a very good job on some carpeted floors, as evidenced by the amount of dirt in the dust) the pattern it traces makes more sense than a previous vacuum from another manufacturer that I've returned, which I wouldn't recommend . All in all I am very enthusiastic about this vacuum cleaner and can only recommend it.
