I like how easy it was to get up an running with our system because omnisense had all my accounts already set-up for me so there wasn't any learning curve or confusion about anything we needed from them! There are some minor issues you might run into when trying out their support staff but nothing major at this point - just make sure they're familiar enough w/ your account before having someone new help setup everything!! We have been able solve almost every issue we've come across by reaching back out via email instead of calling customer service which can sometimes be difficult if not impossible depending upon time differences & location / country.
