Item shipped from Poland to USA so it took a while but otherwise no problems. If you've used clipless pedals and cleats before, especially Shimano, you shouldn't have any trouble installing them. Pedals come with gray spikes (4.5 degree float chance). The pedals come with a 16lb tension spring pre-installed but they are very tight, accidents happen at traffic lights so I swapped them out for the 12lb version (included) which is near perfect for me. You will need these star shaped Allen keys to work with the mainspring, T8 and T10 to be exact. I'll add long-term reports if anything out of the ordinary comes up.
