Great but not the cheapest replacement for the rear driver's door. With the help of other reviewers and the YouTube videos mentioned above, it was a breeze! Use 2 Kroger plastic bags on the top of the door to protect painted surfaces, then attach 2 pieces of tape, sticking them to both the inside and outside of the window pane, one on the front and the other on the Back side so you hold the glass in 2 different places. Then just pull out the old assembly and put in the new one and screw/insert everything back in! The Dorman build also comes with the wires properly placed so you can take your frustration out of the way. the need to replace this part, which should have been enough for the life of the truck! Of course I have! With the usual wifey pooh, bath and beer breaks, it lasted about an hour. Not that bad. Better buy and install a good set of Infinity speakers instead. Maybe for a few salaries.
