I really love this pan! The non-stick is excellent and clean up is easy-peasy.I do have a couple complaints, but it's just something to keep in mind, not really deal-breakers:The screw for the handle comes loose periodically. Just tighten it back down. It doesn't fall off or anything.The bottom is NOT completely flat. If you're making eggs, be prepared for them to move towards the outer edge of the pan.Other than that, I can't complain. This pan has been so versatile, and I never have to worry about it being a pain to clean. The handle and the lid's knob don't transfer heat at all, so you never have to worry about burning yourself. I can't attest to putting it in the oven, I haven't done that. I also love to put things in the dishwasher, but I really wanted this to last so I've just been handwashing it, and can't say how it would fare in there.Excellent pan, I'll probably be buying another when this one wears out.
