We use it and it's good but we're upgrading to Pro, the extra $300 is well spent. We will keep the Mini Pro as a backup. He's not as flexible as a pro on things like picture-in-picture, and a pro has a much nicer TV presentation, which is a must for any of them. You need a PC, a TV (about 28 inches or so) and the computer must have a wired ethernet port (it could be a USB ethernet adapter) with Mini or Pro. My biggest downside with these two devices is the lack of a USB camera input option without an adapter, Mini doesn't have a headphone jack - not sure about Pro, sound monitoring is important to me - and a program like OBS is required for it to work - please note the OBS has only one video and one audio input, so setting up OBS, launching it and then viewing it is just a matter of starting and stopping streaming and recording. We also use restreaming for FB and YT.
