Review on 🔲 Black Fluval A370 Gravel Cleaner Kit by Susan Cacal

The instructions aren't as clear on how to get the suction and don't tell me whether to turn the filter on or off. I've had it for a LONG time and have used it several times. It either ran too fast and sucked a lot of air into the system, scaring my fish to death when I turned it back on, or it took a while to prime, if at all. If there was an order of operation telling when to turn it on or off and open the valve that would be most useful. No I didn't call and yes I read the instructions and watched the video several times but still had problems. The hoses are too thick for their purpose and could be a bit longer to get anywhere in my 55 gallon tank with the ability to keep the unit on the side of the tank and parallel primed at all times.
