Does exactly what it says.
It would be nice if it came with clips to easily hang it on the TV vent. That's how my old one worked. But I already knew it wasn't like that. I screwed it to the bracket on the back of the TV. It only hangs on one screw, but not on both. It's light, so it's not a big deal. This works very well. I also like that it came with a remote control cover. Very good price for two together.
