I have a 2004 Chevy 2500 HD 6.0 with Vin 8 "U" installed. I was hoping to resolve a generic P0300 code, which indicates a misfire on one or more cylinders. The truck has done 106540 miles, I also changed cables and spark plugs. Some of the coils were chipped and rusty, the price can't be wrong. A direct repair requiring 10mm took about 15 minutes to replace all 8. They were on the truck for about 1 week. The truck runs and starts better with the changes but still has the infamous p0300 code.
