*UPDATE* The team contacted me to resolve this issue. Thank you for taking care of your customers! Tried on different TVs and different devices. If I disable and re-enable it 5-6 times, it works multiple times. It seems to be working less and less now. If anyone from the company can help me decide, I'll be happy to change the rating. I used it maybe 3-4 times a week. Not sure if the contacts are bad and unplugging and plugging them back wears them out so quickly. It's the only thing I can see.
