I had to modify the part to make it fit.
This was the right part for my 2000 F250 but the latches on either side were too wide to engage properly. I had Dremel and Sand, Dremel and Sand, Dremel and Sand until I finally got it right. I then had to take a piece of the old drive and wedge it so the locking tab was down and secure. They work and are cheap but you get what you pay for. If getting them in the door panel wasn't such a headache I would send them back for a refund.
