I love that this system is web-based, so all my employees can access it regardless of where they are in their shift! It also alerts me when there's an incident at one of our patients' houses, such as an accident or fire. The only thing I dislike about ADP is how slow it sometimes loads and takes time to pick up the phone. Other than that, everything else has been great! We've used advance dispatch for several years now, and we have not had any issues with them since getting into using it. They're very helpful with questions regarding things like what kind of car would be best suited for someone needing assistance during inclement weather conditions. I like that this program is very easy for paramedics, EMTs or dispatchers alike in terms if getting info out quickly! Sometimes it can be hard because sometimes you are having trouble with spelling something wrong but once again there's just an option within seconds so no big deal at all!! It has made our job easier as we don't have paper work anymore which helps us get back into patient care quicker than ever before especially when patients need medical attention fast.
