I thought I was a size 11 because the methods of measuring my ring size showed I was a size 11. Two weeks after receiving the rings I found that I was clearly not a size 11. The ring kept falling off my finger when I touched anything it might catch on. Also, I was interested in trying a flatter top ring instead of a more rounded top ring, so I reached out to Egnaro and asked if I could get the rings in a size 10 because the 11s I bought were too big, but if they could send me rings with a flatter tip instead of the rounded tip which i actually bought. Your customer service is excellent. They apologized for the problem, although technically it was my fault for buying the wrong size, I just didn't know, and sent me a flatter size 10 ring. Personally, I like the flatter style of the ring better in comparison. , for everyone who chooses between them. I have black rings. Flatter shines less and just looks better in my eyes. In general I liked the rings. Love the stripes on the back, like the more expensive rings. I haven't had them long enough to speak about durability but you get 4 rings per pack for about 1/3 the price some competitors charge for 1 and they seem very durable to me. I look forward to using these rings for many years to come. Now I can work out, work on projects in the garage, whatever, without taking off the ring that I love. All in all I think this is a great ring and you can't go wrong with any style. I definitely recommend Egnaro for silicone rings.
