Review on 💻 CyberpowerPC Gamer Supreme Liquid Cool Gaming PC: Ryzen 7 3800X, RTX 3060, 16GB DDR4, 1TB NVMe SSD, Win 10 Home by Mark Adams

When I received the computer it was on but that's it. I'm not sure why, but when I tried to run OOBE it started with "DefaultUser0" and asked for a password which I didn't have. I found a solution online (old computer) but decided to contact tech support as it was a brand new solution (took me 10-15 minutes to get an answer) which is reasonable for me. The technician was great, he obviously saw the problem beforehand. We started the recovery process but the computer kept shutting down. The technician suspected overheating and he was right, we went into the BIOS and the temperature was very high. We turned it off, he issued an RMA and my computer was sent back for repair and it was a liquid cooler. To be honest I don't know if it was a shipping, stock or quality control issue, anyway it pissed me off. Actually I got it back right after 7 days and everything was fine. The contact I had with Cyberpower PC was great and the turnaround time was phenomenal. It boils down to Murphy's Law. I gave them 5 because the service I received was great. Many people would automatically give that a 1 because it was DOA. I've seen people jump through hoops to get it right.
