Review on 🚰 Moen 140780 Chrome Vessel Sink Pop-Up Drain Assembly for Bathroom by Jeremiah Small

Installation was easy, the goods are well finished, but there is a design flaw. The drain itself and the pipe are 2 separate parts. The pipe is screwed into the drainage unit. It's really not mentioned anywhere. Leaked after installation. It was hard to figure out where the leak was coming from, then I realized the leak was coming from the threads. I took it apart, wrapped the threads in a decent amount of teflon tape and the leak was gone. Before installation, be sure to unwind the pipe, wind up the thread, then there will be no more leakage. If it weren't for this shortcoming, I would give it 5 stars in all directions.
