Took 30 minutes before and after photos and you can see there isn't a HUGE difference, but when I tried the electric compress there wasn't a huge difference either. Although I could combine them. The more important part is how it made my lips look better. The lipstick doesn't work. Nothing works and to be honest the rest of my skin isn't much better due to the eczema but it keeps my lips so hydrated. Maybe it increases blood flow, but I still use it multiple times a day, even without the volume boost. I'm afraid I'll end up getting a little on my husband or my little girl. Accidentally burn them with cinnamon at the end
