I like that they have an automated system to keep me updated about my account status anytime of day or night without leaving out any important emails from them! They are very knowledgeable in customer service helpdesk systems with many years experience working for different companies throughout their careers as well has having worked at Wells Fargo themselves over ten year ago when it was known just how big this bank is today!! Their support staff members answer all questions quickly even if we may not think our issue requires immediate attention because no matter what time you ask someone there will always come back within two minutes asking why didn't anyone call us sooner? It's been almost three weeks since one incident but still nothing resolved other than another email saying "we're looking into" which means never anything actually gets fixed by CCM!! And then every once again after some more days goes past (almost four now) comes up yet ANOTHER update stating something along such lines - We'll look.
