Great product - Amazing Company: Crisis Commander

Everbridge is great. The customer service is outstanding. I honestly don't have any downsides. I have only heard great things from other customers. Make sure you do your homework. Everbridge is great but make sure you know what you are getting into. Some of the features are more robust than others. We are solving a problem that we didn't even know we had. Wasting my time and money with their customer service team!

I like that they have an automated system to keep me updated about my account status anytime of day or night without leaving out any important emails from them! They are very knowledgeable in customer service helpdesk systems with many years experience working for different companies throughout their careers as well has having worked at Wells Fargo themselves over ten year ago when it was known just how big this bank is today!!   • Fast response times via text messaging whenever possible vs phone calls so often require waiting longer periods between responses due scheduling issues etc

Useful platform regardless industry, sector

The only thing I dislike is that it sometimes takes forever to get an issue resolved or solved - so if you have time-sensitive issues (as in needing solutions NOW), this could pose problems for your business/organization! If there's any problem at all with CCM services however small they may seem like not enough people are aware of them but once word gets out about these minor things then suddenly everyone will know exactly what those "small" glitches mean!!
