The only thing I dislike is that it sometimes takes forever to get an issue resolved or solved - so if you have time-sensitive issues (as in needing solutions NOW), this could pose problems for your business/organization! If there's any problem at all with CCM services however small they may seem like not enough people are aware of them but once word gets out about these minor things then suddenly everyone will know exactly what those "small" glitches mean!!
