Not what is advertised.
Buying these balloons was a big mistake. The balloons I received have nothing to do with the picture of what they claim to be selling. The ones I've received are all green with a few yellow thrown in. No color change and no cat eyes. They are also available with bones and chips. You look used. They're useless for the project I need them for. A complete waste of money.
