I have a Lacie desktop hard drive that is large and needs extra performance. This year I got a new MacBook Pro that only has 4 USB Type-C ports and I bought a USB Type-C to Micro USB 3.0 cable. Unfortunately, the cable is only 0.25 m long. So when I want to connect this hard drive to my Mac, I have to move the computer close to the hard drive, it's inconvenient.
