Review on BLACK+DECKER 4-Slice Stainless Steel Toaster with Ombré Finish - TR4310FBD by Sierra Moore

Well worked fine about a week ago. One side toasted on one side of the bread only! I called to find out what the toaster warranty is. 2 years! Brilliant! They wanted the number on the fork. First she tried to tell me that the warranty was expired. Not correct! According to my Revain account, I'm exactly two years old. Ok you need to cut the fork, send us a photo of the cut fork with the numbers on the fork. As soon as we receive it, we will send you a new device. ok how do i do that I am sending you a letter. You! Still waiting for that letter. And what am I supposed to do with the toaster that I just cut off the end of the fork!?!?!?! Why the hell cut the plug off the device? Half the damn thing still works! You play with me. On top of that, I have to send them a shipping check before I can get my new toaster! I'll just go to Walmart and buy a new damn toaster! Definitely not a pest of black and decker peckers. Po! I love this toaster too!
