This is my honest opinion, whoever says this product doesn't work or is of poor quality probably works for Moen. This replacement was $20 cheaper than Lowes' signature Moen brand. They offered free shipping, very happy and excited when it arrived so quickly! The cartridge was very easy to install, maybe there wasn't enough lube in the box, but it did the job with no issues. It would probably be easier with more lube, but I saved $20. Great product, my wife and I can literally turn the shower knob with one finger! Super slim and you won't regret buying this product. Don't listen to skeptics, they have a customer for life!
