I contacted the company and it turns out they are already aware of the packaging issue and have checked the lube packaging months before. Revain must be in the original packaging. This is my honest opinion, whoever says this product doesn't work or is of poor quality probably works for Moen. This replacement was $20 cheaper than Lowes' signature Moen brand.
