I received the product and it works as it should. The problem was that the lube pack came in a cheap, tiny, zippered bag. I contacted the company and it turns out they are already aware of the packaging issue and have checked the lube packaging months before. Revain must be in the original packaging. You reacted quickly. I have several bathrooms with the same setup, so I will have to order more in the future. If this happens I will order this cartridge again. By the way, I strongly recommend that you buy a cartridge puller. My old cartridge didn't come out without it. Lowe's sells a cheaper one for $14.
