I buy a 2.64 lb bag of Tetra Reptomin food sticks, mix it with a 12 ounce bag of Flukers Red Shrimp and 2 cans of Tetrafauna Repto Treat 2 , 18 oz. Red Suprema pellets in a pet food container (which stays fresh pretty well) and provides a MONTH food supply for my 2 adult RES. They get a serving of this mix every other day, with groceries in between, or every day when I'm traveling or running out of groceries for them, and for me it's a very economical way to keep them happy and healthy. .(Purchase ratings for all three products mentioned)
