The product was initially a little difficult to work with because it is a very dry clay. As mentioned in other reviews, it will be easier to work with once you play with it and warm it up a bit. I broke it up into smaller pieces, put it in a bag and wrapped it in a heating pad for 5-10 minutes before working with it and it worked great. Because it is dry clay, adding detail to your work is much easier. I've made fake bottle tops, and for some of the smaller pieces I baked the mass first, added more detail when it cooled, and baked again with no problems. I baked each piece at 275° for 25-27 minutes. Works great, I like it! The color will change slightly after baking, but it's a great neutral color to paint with.
