Functional, Durable, Happy Customer

I like this product very much although I had some problems. Overall I appreciate its functionality, solid construction (no clicker) and it helped me and my service animal with our training. I've looked at many and overall I'm very happy with my purchase. Cons: The belt is not suitable for tall boys. The shoulder strap just seems to get in the way (I prefer the belt clip). durable plastic. As for the clicker, the twisted rubber band broke off after a week. The clicker's plastic case (also flimsy) broke at the strap connection point after I attempted to repair and modify it with the S hook. "Plus: Lots of functional compartments. Shoulder strap D-rings can be used for other purposes, too durable. Convenient drawstring closure keeps most elements out Good size Collapsible water essentials Internal treat compartment holds plenty of treats, a water bottle, groceries and maybe a few toys but you'll have to decide here, it doesn't go with everything. I don't think it's too big, but I'm a big guy. I store treats in cheap 4 ounces here. Plastic containers for yoghurt/snacks. I found zippers to be too flimsy and no I don't want to wash the inside! The lanyard works great too, holds items, is easy to use, and holds out most of the rain I've been in. The second compartment behind the outside grille easily accommodates my most important service animal documents, health information and rabies. Pet tag/license records, adoption records and its registration records and service animal ID cards. Easily fits most phones, keys, wallets, you name it a well designed case. The feed bag dispenser will store a roll of a used bag plus an extra or two depending on what you put in the other compartments as these take into account each other's location. It's a bit tricky to get the first bag through the rubber hole in the poop bag container, but I also have big fingers so maybe it's not too bad for "normal" people. After that you are done, in this case the hard to press hole works well if you use the right tension on the drawstring bags. In addition, the back of the bag is discreet, reducing clutter on the front. The mesh pocket I use for my collapsible water plate is great too. It rises above the web but remains fine for easy excursions. I haven't found any other use for it yet, but it's functional too. Since I don't use a shoulder strap, I had two strong plastic D-rings available. I attach my (new) clicker with the S-hook to the forward-facing D-ring for easy access, and removed the other and replaced it with a locking carabiner. The stitching and durability of both the original D-ring and my upgraded carabiner made an impressive contribution to this. It has all - so far - been carried very well by a sturdy metal belt clip. Conclusion: I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Perrama
