They seemed small when I took them out of the box, but when I tried them on they were just perfect! I have a size XL Fair Isle pattern to match my granddaughter's dress made by the same company. I'm 5ft 195#, apple shaped and they came down to my ankles. So if you are tall they may not be long enough. The belt is high and fits perfectly to cover any muffin lid. Super comfortable! I will update if there is any problem with washing. I am definitely buying more along with coordinating dresses for my granddaughter lol.
