I pulled the muscles in my lower back doing deadlifts. My back was experiencing discomfort. I work 12 hour shifts at the hospital and stand on my feet majority of my shift. This back brace really helped me from being in excruciating pain. The silicone pad adds enough pressure to my tailbone to help support my back. I ordered a size small/medium.
