So far so good: my feedback
First off I have to say that these are slightly lower quality than my Misen set but I can say that the price is pretty on point for what you get here. You get a really nice blade, strong, sharp, smooth cuts. The block is a little hefty but its because of the included sharpening feature. I have not tested this function but will work with it over time to see if it keeps the blades sharp. The block is surprisingly well designed and doesn't hog up too much counterspace
- The German stainless steel blades are of the highest quality and are designed to stay sharp for longer periods, making it effortless to slice through any types of food
- The washers on the blades are not durable and can break after minimal use
