Was very excited to receive this and immediately opened it up to assemble. Shipping was much quicker than expected which was great. There were actually a few material defects which are a bit frustrating but not worth returning. Problems Begin The "directions" they sent me were of little help. I got a sheet of paper, front and back, which at least showed a small picture where the labeled parts belonged. (All parts were labeled so that's a plus) On the back was an inventory list of what I was supposed to have. Then the equipment was marked, but. There were no instructions as to where the gear had gone, so I had to guess. Just a little problematic, but very annoying. I'm not the nimble of people, but I have stationary lab analyzers, so I'm used to weird little places to climb into and collect things. Also, the small screw holes for attaching the wine glass holders and basket (or drawer, but mine won't slide in/out due to this next issue) were too small for the screw to easily go anywhere. I had to prime each hole (inserting and removing the screw) to allow the metal to penetrate the screw's threads, then I could attach what I needed. The whole process was difficult and time consuming. The next problem is that the head of the screw protrudes too far into the slots for the basket drawer to slide smoothly. I can't get them in and out without a hammer. put it back in. The wheels were very awkward to use with a wrench and didn't seem like the best design to put on. I have two silver screws left and I have no idea where to put them. 2 hours to assemble. Much longer than the 30 minutes I've read in other reviews. It's very pretty when I'm done and hopefully it's worth it. Looks pretty solid and rolls freely.
