Resuscitated my 15 year old DC925

Received Prime delivery in 2 days today. The installation (see YouTube video) in my DC925 took about 10 minutes. After installing the brushes, it turned out that they were not fully inserted. I used channel locking pliers to go over the sides of both brushes and applied gentle pressure. The brushes snap into place easily and stay on (I could feel the spring compression as I squeeze them). My 15 year old drill works great now.
