Filled with engine oil

This starter was purchased 15 months ago and has failed and filled with oil the oil seal on the front bearing must have failed. The price was good, but only for 15 months is not very good. The original starter lasted 10 years and was simply worn out. I can't find a parts turntable anywhere to try and adjust the starter.
