Review on Beck Arnley 073 1112 Brake Hose by Tim Surridge

When I arrived this product turned out not to be the one in the photo. The image shows the master cylinder and reservoir assembly. In the package was a hydraulic brake hose. I made an image change request prior to purchase as it did not match the written description. On 02/02/12 I received the following reply from Revain: Thank you for leaving us feedback on the images using the feedback form. We have reviewed your application for the following product: Beck Arnley 073-1112 Brake HoseASIN: B000CAY0RM------------------------------- - ---------------- --------------------------------- - ---------- ------------We have determined that it is not necessary to make any changes to the product image that you have provided. Accurate product images are important to Revain.com. We appreciate the time you have taken to provide us with this information. Best regards, product image department. If they are important, then why is the picture still wrong? I believe if you can't apply the exact image, instead of a misleading logo, it should show an "Image not available" logo, especially after an indication of a problem. I'm frustrated by the lack of attention from the product visualization team to fix an obvious bug that I brought to their attention.
