Review on 💡 Cooler Master 650W Semi-fanless Modular Power Supply, 80 PLUS Bronze Certified for Computer Systems by Kirk Womack

I bought this based on the many positive reviews. It was great on paper. Modular power supply, quiet, well-known brand and Plus Bronze certified. Very easy to install and connects seamlessly with ATX motherboards and AMD Radeon GPUs. 5 year warranty, died after 2 years. There is no phone number to contact a living person. Everything is emailed through the support portal. It takes about a week to get a reply from them. First contact - no power from device. Switched to another power and everything burns. Reset CoolerMaster (no power) Need a replacement. A week later they ask what's wrong with the block. This is a power pack. If the MB is not getting power then something is wrong with it. A week later - reply - can you send me a video to show me what it does? It does not matter. Purchase at your own risk. It was really good when it worked. I will not buy the CoolerMaster brand knowing the warranty and replacement process is so bad. Lack of communication and hoops you have to go through when their products fail.
