When I received this product and used it with my high quality headphones, I was very excited. Initially the product worked great and I heard high quality sound with no lag and no compromises. This experience lasted about 3 days. After leaving the device plugged into my computer, it started producing a lot of static noise through whatever headphones were permanently plugged into it. Of course, I thought that maybe a power outage or an impact damaged the product, so I asked for a replacement, but when I received the replacement, I immediately ran into the problem again. Both products became unusable and I had to settle for an extra connector that was already in my computer case which was also generating static electricity before returning the items to my local UPS store. The support was fantastic but the product turned out to be worthless.
