Great for my fibromyalgia pain

I have fibromyalgia and had back surgery. My muscle and joint pain can be unbearable at times. When I first started looking for new Epsom salts with added essential oils, I bought several different brands to compare. I've tried them all now and can say that I've had the longest lasting relief from this Muscle Soak. I liked the smell of oils the most. He's strong enough to fill a room, but not strong enough to overpower it. I used to add my own oils to plan Epsom salt baths. This method left my bathroom very oily and cleaner. This seemed counterproductive to me because after cleaning the garden tub all the benefits of soaking disappeared. These salts didn't leave a greasy film on my bathroom. Just rinse and it's gone. The price is a bit high for the amount in the bag. The bag I received was only 3/4 full which was a bit disappointing but not enough not to buy again. Overall I recommend Muscle Recovery with a cooling mint flavor. It was very relaxing during the soak and stayed with me even after I got off. I then added some peppermint oil to my body lotion and that was a good combination too.
