It's nice to knead the dough but don't let it stand

This is a good all-in-one. I just mix in pancake batter and dispense right from there. Overall it looks pretty cheap. It's a hard, brittle plastic so I'm not sure how long it will last. I find the price a bit high for the quality of the material. Also, I had some batter left over from the pancakes, so I figured I'd just put it in the fridge for later. The dough ran from the bottom completely over the whole plate, which I was fortunately sitting on. As a result: it is well distributed. for now.
