Purchased with a Sandisk Extreme Pro 128GB SD card. That's nothing compared to my old USB 2.0 reader and slower 16GB cards (although it more than doubles the read speeds of my older cards). In tests, the new combination shows a write speed of 72 MB/s when copying a folder from my desktop to a new card. I then copied the folder from the card back to my desktop. Read speeds initially topped 5GB/s and then stabilized between 87-94MB/s when copying a 7GB folder of mixed raw images and .mov movies from my Canon T3i. but I haven't experienced that yet. We'll have to see how much it heats up in much higher gears. The card reader itself is small (smaller than my old USB 2.0 card reader) and I like that the cable is always connected. The rubber cover is also good for keeping debris out of the reader. If they made the case out of aluminum instead of plastic, it would be even cooler. This is my only nitpick - it's plastic. If you're looking for a small, fast CF and SD card reader without a ton of extra ports and such, this is a great reader. I definitely recommend it.
