The most uncomfortable part of ringed measuring spoons (and cups) is the ring that holds them together. It's usually too much work to separate the one or two you need. They have a clasp closure ring so I can easily take (and return) what I need with no mess. In addition, the branding is a small logo under the base, like a coffee mug. Inconspicuous +1
