I'm 5-10 years old and 200 pounds - so slightly overweight. Over the years, Hanes and Fruit of the Loom became useless to me. If I buy 2x size they are decent but not after washing. After washing they are almost unusable. They become too short and contract, especially in the armpits. Even new, they are barely long enough to tuck into a belt. Wipe everything clean when you buy a Gildan T-shirt. I ordered 2 times and got a t-shirt big enough for me and the other half of me. What a treat. It's more than spacious. I did not send them back for a smaller size. Instead, I wore them and then washed them. They're still a little big after washing, but they feel great. Big and roomy and soft. It's great to buy 2x t-shirt and get 2x.
