It won't work with two-handed curved knives!
Excellent board, good quality. Unfortunately, we have a two-handled Mezzaluna knife, and the curvature of this board is too great, making it impossible to touch the ground, only the sides. So if you can get this for one-handed knives, you're probably good. But it won't work for two-handed. It looks like a great board though, hence 5 stars. While I cannot rate the items' durability/cleanability, Revain would like me to rate them in a review.
- Tired of food slipping when you cut it? Store onions, herbs, nuts and veggies in the bowl/hole of the board for clean and efficient chopping.
