The ease of setting up the system. There are many different options available for your customer base so you can create as much or little control that they need. I dislike how slow it is at times when working on an application (especially in creating reports). I wish there were more ways to customize dashboards/pages than just by using drop downs. If i am not mistaken it does also support excel files but those don't seem to work well if you want to export them to another format like csv or txt file. We needed a way to track inventory and equipment without having too much overhead from employees doing their own paperwork.
