I'm 5ft 5in, 180cm, apple shaped and size XL was TOO BIG AND LONG for me. You can easily downsize. When folded, it still touches the ground in 2 inch increments. It DID NOT SHRINK like I had hoped but seemed to be even longer after hanging to dry. The material is also very new so it didn't look nicely polished after driving and sitting at work.
