Review on Emile Henry France Classics Rectangular by Brent Webb

I love this pan! When I broke my 40 year old Pyrex 13 x 9 bread machine I cried they just don't make them the way they used to. Then I realized that I could replace it with another play by Émile Henri. O happy day! I ordered the Emile Henry Ruffled 14 x 10 x 2 Baker and my husband ordered this 13 x 9 x 3 Baker for me without realizing I had already ordered it. Wow! Am I lucky or what? love them both Ribbed for cakes, desserts and the like, this pan is great for casseroles, lasagne or stir-fries. This pan holds twice as much as the old Pyrex and is really deep, no longer overflowing. The dimensions are given in inches. Inside dimensions 13.5 x 9.75 top and 12.5 x 8.5 bottom, depth 2.5. Externally it is 16.25 long with handles at the top, 10.25 wide and 3 deep and holds 4.8 litres. I have owned several pieces by Émile Henri over the years and love them very much. They bake so evenly and are easy to clean. Uh, I wonder what's going to break next.
