This works as advertised with no issues. Test system: Ryzen 3600XT / 16 GB memory / Gigabyte AB350 gaming adapter installed in the 2nd PCIE slot, the first slot is currently occupied by nVidia 970GTX. The only thing that bothered me was screwing the bracket to the PCB - one screw was ok , the other one required more force than I would like (there didn't seem to be any cross threads, but I didn't disassemble and check). Works, we'll see about durability in a year or so.
